Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using QDF Helper (the "Bot") or the QDF Web Panel (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Bot or Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Bot and Service, including members of the Quantum Defense Firm ("QDF") Roblox group and Discord server.

2. Description of Service

QDF Helper provides the following functionality:

  • Operative Management: Registration, rank tracking, and profile management for QDF operatives
  • Patrol Logging: Tracking of patrol activities, start/end times, and proof submission
  • Assessment System: Management and tracking of user-related evaluations and actions
  • Discord Integration: Slash commands, notifications, and automated messages within Discord
  • Web Panel: Browser-based interface for viewing and managing operative data

3. User Eligibility

To use this Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age (in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service)
  • Have a valid Discord account
  • Have a valid Roblox account linked via Guardsman verification
  • Be a member of the QDF Roblox group or have authorization to access the Service

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, exploit, or attempt to circumvent the Bot or Service
  • Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the Service (except authorized integrations)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
  • Submit false or misleading information (including fake patrol proofs)
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

5. Data Collection and Privacy

By using the Service, you acknowledge that we collect and process certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes:

  • Discord user ID and username
  • Roblox user ID and display name
  • Patrol activity logs and proof images
  • Assessment records
  • Rank history and administrative actions

6. Intellectual Property

The Bot, Service, and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by the QDF development team and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as patrol proof images), but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Removal from the QDF Roblox group
  • Administrative action (termination, blacklist) within QDF
  • Abuse or misuse of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data, unauthorized access, or other harm resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE QDF DEVELOPMENT TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the QDF development team from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Discord server or Service announcements. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
